Business Mentoring

With our Founder, Thalia - they/she

At just 24 years old, Thalia recognised a significant gap in the mental health services available to neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ individuals. This realisation led to the founding of Therapy Shmerapy, a groundbreaking initiative that has since grown into a national telehealth service and leading in the peer mental health space.

  • Peer-led innovators: Anyone wanting to challenge traditional clinical structures and develop a thriving, peer-led allied health or community practice.

Who is this for?

Thalia provides a practical, values-aligned strategy to help you build and run your business on your own terms. Mentoring focuses on:

  • Conscious Strategy and Leadership: Building a business vision that never compromises your ethics, navigating the leap to self-employment, and managing a peer-led team.

  • Practice Logistics: Setting up secure systems and platforms, establishing transparent fee structures, and embedding your core values into your work.

  • Compliance & Sustainability: Implementing firm boundaries to prevent burnout while safely navigating the Australian Privacy Principles and the Victorian Health Records Act.
